Creative/Content Direction and Management
SAGE PARTS 2019-2024
When I joined Sage Parts in 2019, as with many small to medium businesses, they needed help understanding their customers, being data-informed, positioning and presenting as an established global business, and creating demand. Their content and creative direction needed updating and conforming to best practices. Their international owner, Alvest, was very frustrated with them.
In 2020, I launched two customer-facing websites that were previously at a standstill for Sage Parts and Page GSE on a secure WordPress platform. Based on that success and our Marketing/Content improvements, Alvest requested my help to aid other companies in their portfolio, including theirs.
- 2020: Worked with VP/Founder of company to re-invigorate all copy and design, bring them up-to-date with modern standards and best practices.
- 2020: I developed, launched, and maintained WordPress websites. I consulted on WordPress development for all Alvest companies based on that success.
- 2021: As the lead for Marketing Operations across all Alvest companies, I was a trusted resource. TLD and Alvest accounted for 20% of my workload, and I was able to manage and deliver results effectively.
- In November of 2021, I took over as the lead for Creative, Marketing, and Content and reported directly to the CEO. I managed and developed marketing content, communications, and creative for newsletters, emails, social media, trade shows, events, promotions, and employee reward programs.
COLLABORATION AND TEAMWORK
My diverse skillsets equips me to handle a range of tasks, but my true strength lies in my ability to collaborate and find solutions. Whether it's addressing immediate issues or tackling long-term strategic goals, I thrive in problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
